This one is long overdue! A well deserved Signature Model for Marli Dunn.
If you watch any of Marli's clips, that's probably the best indication of what this board is designed for - Deep barrels and big airs in quality wave conditions. As its a touch narrower, would also be suitable for someone who is light for their height.
We'd recommend his board for advanced riders situated in Mid Range Climates.
Template - Marli has grown up riding Nick Gornall's Lip Reader & Bearded Lady template, so this board is quite similar to that. It is the narrowest in our range and quite straight for down the line speed.
Construction - This board use the new K15 Core, combined with a S10 Stringer and Slick Mesh for durability. This has all the favourable characteristics of Kinetic / Polypro, but is just a touch softer making it suitable (although not limited to) for slightly cooler waters.
Features - It features all Marli's favourites - Chisel Tail, Vax Trax Rails, Transitional Hull Channels and Full Deck Contour.

Plug installation is a simple process that can be done by the rider. As this is a personalized choice, we do not offer plug installation services.
Here is our video that shows how to implement the plug.

Suggested Sizing
As a general guide, a bodyboard should go to the rider's belly button. apart from that, there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to choosing the correct size board. Generally bigger boards are faster, but not as easy to control, and generally suited to smaller waves and beginners. On the other hand smaller boards are a bit harder to generate speed, however, have greater control and are ideal for bigger waves and more advanced riders.
As a guide, please refer to the table below. If you're a beginner, you are probably best suited to a size in which you fall in the lower end of the weight range. ie. 40kg beginner would be best suited to 38", not 36".
Board Size | Weight Range |
34" | <30kg |
36" | 25-40kg |
38" | 35-50kg |
40" | 45-75kg |
42" | 65-95kg |
44" | 80-105kg |
